Mary Lenora Hajduk, Esquire
Mrs. Hajduk belongs to the Fayette County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the West Virginia Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the federal courts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Mrs. Hajduk founded the law firm of Hajduk & Associates in 1994 and has 15 years of experience in civil-law practice.
She received mediation training from the West Virginia State Bar Association, and graduated cum laude from California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. She received her Juris Doctor from West Virginia University School of Law. While at California University, she served on the Student Council and Commuter Council, an organization developed and designed to assist students who are non-traditional, older and not living on campus.
At West Virginia University College of Law, she was selected as the university’s representative at the National Christian Legal Society Conference. She was also an active member of the Public Interest Advocates and the volunteer attorneys and student attorneys who assisted staff attorneys at the Morgantown Legal Aid Society while she was in the law clinic during her last year of law school.
